Job summary

Jabil is hiring an Industrial Engineering Technician II for an on-site startup in Prince George, VA, supporting the factory startup and onboarding. The role focuses on production layout, process improvements, and data maintenance in IE systems to drive performance, reliability, and cost efficiency at the manufacturing site.

The position requires a high school diploma, familiarity with IE tools, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

High School diploma required.
Knowledge of industrial engineering tools and methods.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Basic analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency with PC, MS Office, Visio, Project, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Prepare area for line moves or process changes.
Update Product-Process-Time database (IEDB) as directed by the Industrial Engineer.
Update or create production visuals as directed by the Industrial Engineer.
Order, receive and validate tooling as directed by the Industrial Engineer.
Ensure standardization of Jabil processes across the site per global/region/site direction.
Support Lean by maintaining data integrity to enable process improvements.
Comply with all security procedures.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
