The role requires working knowledge of wet, dry, pre-action and deluge systems, NFPA 13/20/24, and the ability to troubleshoot, train others, and operate standard service platforms safely. You will maintain high customer satisfaction and contribute to training and career growth within a team of Firetrol professionals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wet, dry, pre-action and deluge systems and backflow; ability to troubleshoot.
• Proficient in NFPA 13, 20 & 24 code requirements.
• Ability to train others to use trade tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform service work and new installations in Mobile, AL.
• Troubleshoot sprinkler systems and ensure code compliance.
• Operate basic service platforms and train others as needed.
