Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc. in Mobile, AL is seeking an Industrial Sprinkler Service / Installation Technician to perform service and new installations.

You will build strong relationships with customers by delivering on promises and ensuring safety and compliance on-site. You will work with wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems, troubleshoot problems, and apply NFPA 13/20/24 standards while training others and using trade tools safely.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of wet, dry, pre-action systems and deluge systems, and backflow.
• Proficient in NFPA 13, 20 & 24 code requirements.
• Ability to use trade appropriate tools to perform daily pipe fitting duties efficiently and safety.
• Ability to train others to use trade appropriate tools efficiently and safely.
• Have minimum skills to operate a basic service platform.
• Clear background and must be able to pass a hair follicle test.

Responsibilities

• Perform service work and new installations.
• Troubleshoot wet, dry, pre-action and deluge systems and backflow.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 13/20/24 on-site.

We are looking for a fire sprinkler technician to perform Service work and New Installations in our Mobile, AL location.

• Working knowledge of wet, dry, pre-action systems and deluge systems as well as backflow and minimum knowledge of fire pumps. And have the knowledge to troubleshoot these systems.
• Proficient in NFPA 13, 20 & 24 code requirements.
• Ability to use trade appropriate tools to perform daily pipe fitting duties efficiently and safety
