Job summary

The Systems Group is seeking an energetic Skilled Helper to assist with day-to-day issues and support long-term strategic goals for our Apple Grove operations. This entry-level position requires safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to lift and position materials.

A pre-employment drug screen is required, and OSHA standards apply. Hours are 50 per week at $18/hour, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Previous skilled helper experience in an industrial setting is preferred.
• OSHA Approved Met-Guard boots (annual company allowance provided)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Clean work area
• Restock supplies and materials
• Assist with lifting, positioning, and securing of materials and workpieces
• Disassemble and remove damaged materials from the work area
• Assist journeyman employees with task-related to pipefitting or welding
• Use power tools when applicable
