Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Site Manager to lead the safe, compliant operation of an industrial site in Cayce, SC. You will oversee 24/7 site performance, maintenance, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and capital investments, and serve as the main contact for customers, vendors, and regulators.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations management in steel/construction sectors, a strong safety background, experience leading maintenance teams, and skills in project planning and communication;

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations management in steel, construction, aggregate, or related industries.
• Strong background in preventive maintenance and industrial safety.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and working with heavy equipment.
• Skilled in project planning, business strategy, and communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Adaptable, proactive, ethical, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 site operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEP, EPA, etc.).
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage site financials including budgeting, P&L, and capital investments.
• Drive safety initiatives and enforce company policies.
• Oversee staffing, training, performance management, and team development.
