Quality Talent Group is assisting a client in the building automation and industrial technology industry with a field laborer position in Lewisville, Texas. The role involves outdoor site preparation, routine equipment maintenance, and safety-focused duties at industrial sites.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of general laborer experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. You will work outdoors and participate in site cleanups and mechanical maintenance

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors.
• Manual dexterity and eye–hand coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares sites and plants.
• Monitors plant for material spills and mechanical failure.
• Performs routine maintenance on equipment as required.
• Participates in mechanical maintenance activities.
• Adheres to health, safety and environmental policies.
