Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a general laborer for an outdoor role in the building automation and industrial technology industry. You will assist with site preparation, cleaning, and basic maintenance across operating plants and facilities.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of laborer experience, and valid driver’s license. Strong physical fitness and coordination are essential for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1 year general laborer experience.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Valid driver's license.
• Manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, good physical fitness, and good sense of balance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares sites and plants by removing trees and debris.
• Cleans under and around operating plant using shovels, brooms and other manual devices.
• Participates in mechanical maintenance activities that may require the use of hand tools and equipment.
• Monitors plant for material spills and mechanical failure and report to site management.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required
