Job summary

Ralphs is seeking a maintenance technician to keep lift trucks in top condition, performing preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical vehicles. You will troubleshoot malfunctions and weld as needed, ensuring batteries, tuggers, carts and pallet jacks stay charged and safe.

You must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation, and communicate effectively with a diverse population while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of systems and engine overhauls
• Read and interpret manuals; equipment maintenance experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions; welding and fabrication skills
• Operate forklifts, electric carts, man lifts, and power tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Time management; meet deadlines and productivity
• Communicate effectively with diverse populations
• High school education or equivalent
• Technical training in mechanics, hydraulics, welding
• Limited Maintenance Industrial license
