Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate sewing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines (single needle, overlock, coverstitch) safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, sew, and finish textile products according to patterns and quality requirements.
• Inspect finished items and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
• Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, threading, needles/bobbins).
• Follow production schedules to meet deadlines and quotas.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety standards.
• Document production output and report equipment or material issues promptly.
