Industrial Sewing Machine Operator (PM Shift)

Job Overview: This position offers an exciting career opportunity within our rapidly growing online business specializing in home golf simulator solutions, golf practice equipment, and game improvement tools. We collaborate with over 20 brands and suppliers across North America to expand their e-commerce sales through our website. Our customer base consists of passionate golfers, and we aim to become a recognized name among golfers worldwide.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sewing and finishing various materials of different sizes using industrial sewing machines.
• Seaming materials, hemming, attaching bindings, sewing Velcro, and other accessories.
• Installing grommets on finished products using a power grommet press.
• Troubleshooting sewing machine issues as they occur.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years sewing experience, preferably with industrial machines.
• Ability to quickly perform fractional measurements (add, subtract, divide).
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for 10 hours.
• Responsible, reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Commitment to maintaining quality and production standards.
• Participation in and support of continuous improvement activities.
• Sewing machine maintenance and configuration experience is a plus.
