Job summary

Veridian Fire Protective Gear in Des Moines, IA is seeking an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. The role offers on-site training and a path into high-volume PPE manufacturing for first responders worldwide.

You will sew components, follow QC procedures, and maintain equipment and workspace. The position is full-time or part-time with benefits and overtime opportunities; prior sewing experience is appreciated but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Are you detail-oriented and interested in sewing or hands-on production work? Join our Des Moines, Iowa production team as an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator. This facility manufactures firefighting garments worn by first responders worldwide.

Experience in sewing is preferred but not required—we provide a structured training program. If your application meets our minimum requirements, we'll invite you to an interview and plant tour.

Duties & Responsibilities

During Training:

• Sew garment components together following specifications

SCHEDULE:

• Monday- Thursday: 6:0AM - 4:3PM

PAY & JOB DUITES:

• Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
