MillerKnoll is seeking a dedicated sewing operator for its East Greenville facility to perform single and double needle sewing tasks on upholstery fabrics. You will align fabric pieces to preserve grain and patterns, operate industrial sewing machines, and complete daily paperwork to track rejects and production units.

The role requires lifting up to 55 lbs, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule with overtime as needed.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate and program sewing machines for detailed assembly work.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Good color differentiation and attention to detail.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Ability to use power hand tools and work with fabric pieces.

Mansioni

• Operate industrial sewing machines to join pre-cut upholstery pieces.
• Adjust machines to stitch various fabrics and ensure grain/pattern alignment.
• Complete daily paperwork to track rejects and units.
• Inspect parts for quality and maintain 5S cleanliness.
• Report safety concerns and assist with minor repairs as needed.
