The Industrial Services Foreman is considered a “working” foreman and manages the daily scope of work while performing tasks associated with hazardous and non‑hazardous waste clean‑up, site remediation, facility & equipment decontamination, above ground and underground tank cleaning activities, and confined space entry projects. This position provides leadership and direction to crews performing work and is the liaison between VLS and the client.
This position is full‑time. Work hours will generally be day shifts, with some evenings and weekends.
Some travel is expected with this position. Could be a day job for over night
May be exposed to contaminants or hazardous materials. Works in a typically loud environment, requiring protective equipment such as work boots, safety glasses and reflective vests. Must be able to withstand hot, cold, & wet weather conditions. Must be able to wear half or full‑face respirators as needed. Working at high elevations such as off ladders, scaffolding, and powered lifts. Will be required to work in confined spaces.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
