Job summary

Nakupuna Consulting seeks an Industrial Security Specialist - Team Lead to manage a security-analyst team and interface with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative. The candidate will oversee security projects, track metrics, and ensure DoW policy compliance across security functions.

The role requires a TS/SCI background, DoD security experience, and strong reporting skills. This is a full-time on-site position in the National Capital Region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Five years of relevant experience in security analysis or related field, preferably DoW or Federal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of security analysts and act as primary interface with COR.
• Collaborate with Government program leads to plan, track, and document security projects.
• Develop project plans, status reports, and executive updates on security performance.
• Analyze DoW policies to assess compliance and propose improvements.
• Manage high-volume security requests and maintain tracking metrics.
• Prepare analyses and briefings for Government leaders and stakeholders.
