Job summary

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a full-time Industrial Security Specialist - Team Lead to join our team supporting the Department of War. The position provides security analysis, program support, administrative coordination, and customer service across a range of security functions.

The ideal candidate has experience interpreting Federal and DoW security policy, managing high-volume security actions, maintaining accurate records and data, and preparing clear reports for Government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Five years of relevant experience in security analysis or security program support.
• Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance; US citizen.
• Experience with DoW or Federal agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of security analysts and interface with Government COR.
• Plan, track, and document security projects with Government leads.
• Develop and deliver project plans and status reports.
• Analyze DoW security policies for compliance and improvements.
• Research security issues and prepare recommendations and briefings.
• Handle ~1,400 security requests per month and manage shared mailboxes.
• Compile weekly and monthly security metrics and trends.
• Support SCI and collateral facility requirements and accreditation documents.
• Prepare analyses and briefings for leadership on security performance and risks.
