Job summary

System High Corporation is seeking an Industrial Security Specialist to support customer security requirements for CONUS and OCONUS MRO/U operations. The role involves coordinating SAP and collateral security for USAF, USN, USMC, and allied sites, and ensuring facility accreditation in line with NISPOM and JAFAN directives.

The candidate will travel regionally, manage security clearances, and assist in defining facility needs to meet program requirements, including F-35 bed down security

Qualifications

• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the Supply Chain Risk Management, DoD Directives, IC Directives, and NISPOM.
• In-depth knowledge of the JAFAN series security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide Industrial Security support under this TO, managing and overseeing activities to protect classified information.
• Brief and coordinate SAP and collateral security requirements for USAF, USN, USMC, and international sites during design reviews.
• Communicate facility construction and accreditation security standards and data across design reviews.
• Maintain and monitor security activities at bed down locations until accreditation is achieved.

• Assist in defining facility/infrastructure requirements to meet F-35 bed down for all sites.
• Coordinate and participate in development of CONUS and OCONUS Facilities Requirements Documents.

Position Overview

The Industrial Security Specialist shall support the customer in establishing security requirements for OCONUS Maintenance Repair Overhaul & Update (MRO&U), Depot, and Supply Warehouse facilities for assigned operations.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• SHIP AND SITE - The contractor shall provide Industrial Security support under this TO. This includes the management and oversight of all activities performed to support the protection of classified information developed by or entrusted to U.S industry operating under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
• Brief and coordinate SAP and collateral security requirements for USAF, USN, USMC, and international bed down sites and provide accurate data at all 35%, 65% and 95% design reviews
• Communicate secure facility construction and accreditation technical security standards and provide accurate data at all 35%, 65% and 95% design reviews
• Maintain and monitor security activities at bed down locations until facilities receive accreditation
• Identify security clearance and SAP access requirements at bed down locations
• Assist the services in defining facility and infrastructure requirement to meet F-35 bed down for all sites
• Coordinate and participate in the development of CONUS and OCONUS Facilities
• Requirements Documents (FRDs) and document results down for all sites
• Coordinate and participate in the development of CONUS and OCONUS Facilities

Travel Requirements

• Ability to travel to CONUS and/or OCONUS locations
• Limited travel within the region
• Must have active US passport for OCONUS travel requirements

Clearance

• Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility required and current within the last five years
• Subject to a random counter-intelligence scope polygraphs as a condition of access eligibility.
