Industrial Security Specialist/FSO
Castelion Corporation is currently looking for an Industrial Security Specialist/FSO for our Allen, TX office. The Security Specialist will provide support to the Security department by performing FSO duties for the Allen, TX site and security administrative day-to-day functions. The ideal candidate will work effectively in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented environment with a high level of attention to detail, effective organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to constantly changing demands, excellent customer service skills, and demonstrate capability to take on new and unfamiliar tasks.
The Security Specialist will be responsible for the management of all security functions at the Allen, TX office, as well as all FSO duties to ensure compliance with DCSA, in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Rule, SAP and SCI security program SCGs, and related federal regulations. The Security Specialist will ensure that all classified information is properly safeguarded, personnel security clearances are maintained, and the facility remains compliant with government security requirements. This role will require the Security Specialist to assist the Director of Security in the oversight of all security operations, including physical security, program security, personnel security, COMSEC, SETA, CUI Control, and visitor control. This position has the potential for future growth opportunities.
