Job summary

Titan Security Group is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to work at an industrial location in Cleveland, Ohio. You will oversee gate operations, verify credentials, check vehicle passes, direct trucks, conduct patrols and monitor cameras to deter theft and maintain safety.

Requirements include being at least 18, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Previous experience in security dispatching is preferred.
• Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to obtain an Ohio Guard Card.

Responsibilities

• Control access to the plant through gate operations, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Checking vehicle passes to make sure the vehicles are allowed on property.
• Checking semi trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper Gate.
• Conduct Marsec vehicle inspections.
• Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons.
• Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and TitanSecurity management.
• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Other duties as assigned
