Job Description
This position supports the national security of the United States.
Lockheed Martin’s Aeronautics, home of the F-35 Lightning II fighter, is looking for a dynamic Individual Contributor for our Security Administration team within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization in Fort Worth, TX.
The primary mission of the SES organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.
This position will be responsible for Personnel Security support for the Aeronautics Fort Worth site. You will develop, evaluate, refine, and implement cost effective and value-added security processes and solutions across the Aeronautics enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with National Industrial Security Program (NISP)
• Coordinate clearance actions with LM Security and provide support for LM executives.
• Coordinate clearance admin termination for government non-compliance employees.
• Participate in and support the OneLM working group across line of businesses, providing knowledge of policy, testing programming changes, and offering business-minded feedback.
• Interface with the Security & Emergency Services database programmer to enhance the PAR/PSQ and material control database.
• Review and interview employees to ensure completeness and accuracy of the Personnel Security Questionnaire (PSQ), handling them in a timely manner.
• Review and interview employees to ensure completeness and accuracy of required reporting, such as Adverse information, Foreign Travel, Foreign Contact, and Change of Status.
• Prepare implementation manuals outlining regulations and establish procedures for handling PSQs and reportable information.
• Interface with U.S. Government customers to seek security rulings or deviations.
• Participate in security audit programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export-controlled data.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition in reviewing Pre-Screen Questionnaires for potential employees.
• Interface with external government representatives and internal customers.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
