Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Industrial Security Manager - Manager Level 2 (Mid-Level Manager), to join our Payload & Ground Systems – Remote Sensing Programs team in Linthicum, MD. This is an opportunity to apply proven Security leadership skills in a dynamic and challenging special programs environment . This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
The Industrial Security Manager – Level 2 will serve as the Site Security Manager and oversee all security activities and operations, including guiding briefed/non-briefed personnel across all functions within the facility. Candidate will be interfacing with internal and external leadership personnel and must have the ability to successfully manage competing priorities. The selected candidate will manage the Program Security Team onsite and regularly collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations. They will ensuresecurity compliance withgovernment and company regulations and strive for excellence in executing security milestones in several security disciplines (DoD, SAP, & SCI). This position requires maintaining program security metrics and successfully managing competing priorities. The selected candidate will have the responsibility of developing and administering security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment

Salary Range: $123,400.00 - $185,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
