Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst for the Sentinel program in Roy, UT. You will develop and administer security programs for classified materials and manage all classified documents.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or master’s with related experience) and an active DoD security clearance, with potential for Top Secret and SAP access. Travel up to 10% may be required.

This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program.What You’ll Get To Do:• Supporting a fast-paced, high-profile, program; create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.• Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.• Conduct security education classes and security audits.• Assist with Media Issuance, Accountability, and Destruction or serve as a Data Transfer Agent.• Serve as the focal point for receiving, processing, distributing, and controlling all classified documentation (hard copy and electronic media) entering or leaving the facility.• Analyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues while providing leadership and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on action(s) to be taken to ensure compliance with the classified security program.• Submit, review, and verify Visit Requests through queries to government security databases and systems.• Support classified security programs and provide expertise in all security functions in accordance with the DoD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals (DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4) and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other applicable security regulations and requirements.• Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures.• Manage and maintain access control, including UL-2050 Compliant Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and automated Access Control Systems (ACS).• Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications guidance.• Assist program managers and professional staff in the interpretation, application, and compliance with program Security Classification Guides (SCG).As a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:• Medical, Dental & Vision coverage• 401k• Educational Assistance• Life Insurance• Employee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions• Paid Time Off• Health & Wellness Resources• Employee DiscountsThis position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
