Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking for an Industrial Security Analyst (Level 2/3) to support restricted programs on the Redondo Beach and El Segundo campuses. You will implement and manage security programs for classified materials, provide briefings, and coordinate with internal and external customers.

The role requires a TS clearance with SCI access and experience with DoD SAP/NISPOM, JADE, DISS, SIMS, and CDSE SAP training. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 2 years security experience; Masters with 0 years or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree
• Experience applying DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual and ICDs; NISPOM procedures
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Special Program Access

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: supporting a fast-paced, high profile program; create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.Roles and Responsibilities: Experience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC etc.). Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor’s access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and related briefings. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
