Industrial Seamstress role at DutchWare. Dutchware Gear is a leading manufacturer of high-quality outdoor gear and camping equipment. Location: Lancaster, PA. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented seamstress to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines and other equipment to produce high-quality outdoor gear and equipment
• Cut and sew fabric according to established patterns and specifications
• Collaborate with our design team to create prototypes and production samples
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities as needed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a seamstress or tailor is preferred but not required
• Experience working with industrial sewing machines and other equipment
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and sewing techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
