You will use commercial sewing machinery to assemble, finish, and inspect garments and textile products with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has proven garment construction experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team to meet production deadlines safely and efficiently.

This position is based in the warehouse/plant setting.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Operate sewing machines efficiently to assemble and finish garments with precision and care.
• Cut fabric pieces accurately according to pattern specifications, ensuring minimal waste.
• Perform garment construction tasks, including stitching, hemming, and finishing details.
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to design standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety and quality protocols.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used and reporting shortages or issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in garment construction and sewing, with a strong understanding of sewing machine operation.
• Skilled in various sewing techniques including hand stitching, machine stitching, and finishing details.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to apparel production.
• Ability to interpret patterns, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
