Job summary

Sentry is seeking a Sales/Project Manager in the SD Service division based in Watertown, SD. The role focuses on building client relationships, driving sales, and managing projects from kickoff to completion.

You will meet with customers, provide estimates, plan the scope of work, and secure signed contracts, then coordinate with Operations for seamless execution. Experience is a bonus, but Sentry prioritizes finding the right fit and will provide training as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial services and construction sales is preferred.
• Ability to develop and present proposals and estimates.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for industrial/ construction business.
• Identify new clients and opportunities; prepare proposals.
• Create detailed financial estimates of proposed projects.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Communicate project status to clients and stakeholders.
• Evaluate project outcomes for future improvements.
