Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an electrical shop, prefab, or construction environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience with at least 2 direct reports.
• CDL preferred; Sentry will assist with licensure.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations within the Electrical Shop including prefabrication.
• Supervise a team of shop technicians and coordinate material logistics.
• Conduct routine inventory cycle counts and maintain accuracy.
