Crawford Electric Supply is a leading electrical distributor in the southeast U.S., part of the Sonepar group. We provide electrical products and services to contractors and are committed to building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and performance of industrial inside and outside sales representatives.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that meets company and regional goals for 15% market share.
• Manage all outside sales representatives through one‑on‑one reviews and a mentorship program to build effective communication and provide training for developmental needs.
• Ensure all outside sales representatives meet or exceed activity standards to become the vendor of choice for all clients.
• Maintain a high level of contact with all clients within the assigned market to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and appreciation.
• Build top‑level management relationships with key and strategic industrial accounts in the region to ensure long‑term growth.
• Provide ongoing communication and timely feedback to the Regional Vice President and Vice President of Industrial Sales regarding sales performance goals and plan execution.
• Personally manage 5+ key accounts within the region to drive sales and margin growth incentives and maintain the relationship with the decision maker at each account.
• Build and maintain key industrial partner vendor relationships to support the growth initiative in the region.
• Work with the local branch manager to recruit and hire key salespeople and to teach, train, coach, and mentor these new sales associates.
