Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Industrial Sales Engineer to represent circuit protection and control solutions in North Carolina and Virginia. This remote role requires residency in northern NC or southern VA and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; 5+ years technical sales in electrical industry.
• 5+ years proven track record selling electrical components (motor controls, MCCBs, disconnect switches).
• Experience with distributors, OEMs, system integrators, and industrial customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and Salesforce (CRM).
• Ability to travel 30–40% of the time within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for electrical components in NC/VA markets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, integrators, distributors, and industrial end users.
• Provide technical consultation, applications support, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions and cross-sell opportunities.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to manage activity, forecast sales, and track opportunities.
• Stay informed on market trends and industry developments.
