Job summary

KERAMIDA Inc. is seeking a safety and industrial hygiene specialist to support client projects by developing programs, preparing reports, and ensuring compliant operations. You will identify hazards, train staff, and assist with problem-solving in highly industrial environments.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and integrity, with experience in industrial health analyses and OSHA regulatory knowledge. Indianapolis-based on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Health, Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in the safety and industrial health field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and project management software.
• Trained to perform Industrial Hygiene sampling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with industrial safety and health analysis and program development.
• Prepare inspection reports documenting adherence to plans and regulatory requirements.
• Identify safety concerns through site inspections and recommend corrective action.
• Stay current on OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
