Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous experience in roofing, or general construction is required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2-year Construction Site experience including working with plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of roofing which includes - BUR, Single Ply, EPDM, TPO PVC & Waterproofing Techniques and Products
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain roofs using all materials.
• Ensure that job site is clean once repairs and maintenance is complete.
• Follow and maintain an environment that values safety, health and cleanliness.
• Construction with Single Ply's EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-up, Modified, Etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
