You will document inspections and repairs, perform startup safety reviews, and work with maintenance, operations, and engineering on upgrades.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience with industrial refrigeration systems.
• RETA certifications (CRST and CRES) preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and P&ID drawings; proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and travel within a 100-mile radius; on-call availability.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Tolerate cold environments.

Aufgaben

• Install, inspect, and maintain industrial refrigeration systems (NH3, CO2, Freon).
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical components; test instrumentation and safety devices.
• Conduct pre-startup safety reviews and process hazard analyses.
• Monitor system performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
