Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience with similar size commercial equipment.
• Must hold a current Universal CFC certification and strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, replace and perform preventive maintenance of commercial/industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Work with walk‑in coolers/freezers, ice machines, reach‑ins and basic HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose refrigeration circuits including TXV and subcooling concepts.
• Perform leak checks and solder/braze piping; understand compressor operation.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure workload is completed on time; follow OSHA/NFPA70e safety rules.
