Job summary

Kelly is seeking a capable recruiter to lead full life cycle recruitment for diverse roles, across multiple markets. You will attract and screen passive prospects, manage candidate records in Bullhorn and related VMS systems, and partner with hiring managers to ensure fair, equitable assessments.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience in industrial/warehouse/manufacturing environments, strong communication, and a data-driven, results oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity.
• Experience with ATS & VMS platforms and sourcing tools (Bullhorn, Workday, Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar).
• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn).
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Vendor Management System (Fieldglass/Beeline).
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair assessment and selection practices.
