Job summary

IronHorn Enterprises is seeking an Industrial Real Estate Investment Associate to support growth in Pittsburgh and other markets. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and advancing industrial property acquisitions, while contributing to leasing, underwriting, financing, and due diligence.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of commercial real estate experience, strong financial modeling skills, and a proactive approach to deal flow across sourcing, valuation, and closing phases.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with industrial real estate is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue industrial acquisition opportunities aligned with IronHorn's criteria and growth strategy.
• Research target markets, properties, ownership groups, brokers, and prospective sellers.
• Build relationships with property owners, brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals.
• Conduct direct outreach and participate in networking events and market visits.
• Maintain an active pipeline of acquisitions and provide regular updates on activity.
• Prepare letters of intent, purchase offers, investment memoranda, and internal materials.
