• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; Argus Enterprise experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operating statements, rent rolls, and market data to support valuation and strategy.
• Build and maintain financial models, including DCF and investment returns.
• Prepare offering memorandums, presentations, and financial reports for client meetings.
