Loenbro is seeking an Industrial QA/QC Inspector to ensure construction, fabrication, installation, and maintenance meet project specifications, quality standards, industry codes, and client requirements on-site in Andrews, TX.

You will perform inspections, audits, testing, and documentation reviews, coordinate with project management, field personnel, subcontractors, and clients to maintain quality excellence throughout all project phases, while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in quality control/quality assurance, inspection, or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and quality documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC inspections on industrial construction and maintenance projects.
• Verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Review inspection plans, quality procedures, and work packages.
• Document inspection findings and prepare detailed quality reports.
• Coordinate and witness testing activities and maintain quality records.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
