Job summary

NorthPoint Development in Detroit is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee industrial properties and deliver outstanding tenant service. You will respond to tenant requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with leases and maintenance standards.

You will manage budgets and reports using Yardi, Salesforce, and Monday.com, participate in onboarding, and help with 5-year capital plans. A 50% travel expectation is noted for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct Commercial/Industrial Property Management experience.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to industrial/commercial tenants and manage requests.
• Generate and track work orders with vendors/maintenance staff; follow up for resolution.
• Ensure 24-hour emergency coverage for properties.
• Maintain lease and property files; prepare tenant-related documents.
• Proficiently use Yardi, Salesforce, and Monday.com for property management tasks.
• Assist in building operating budgets and CAM reconciliations.
• Support asset management with 5-year capital plans and reporting.
