Job summary

You will work with project management, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure schedules are accurate, resource-loaded, and aligned with execution plans.

The role emphasizes strong Primavera P6 skills, attention to detail, and data-driven decision support throughout the project lifecycle. Travel to active sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field with construction scheduling exposure.
• Minimum 6 months of heavy industrial or commercial construction scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 in a construction environment.
• Foundational CPM scheduling, cost and budget tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Create baseline, recovery, and updates schedules.
• Monitor progress, variances, and impacts to project team.
• Forecast manpower and productivity trends.
• Assist with cost tracking and schedule-related reports.
• Support schedule status reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
