Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to plan, analyze, and report on project schedules across industrial construction and maintenance programs. The role requires coordinating baseline schedules, updates, and earned value tracking to support project delivery.

The successful candidate will develop bid schedules, ensure data integrity, and provide management with timely schedule analyses and narratives. This is an on-site, full-time position located in Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• NCCER certification is required.
• State Electrical License is required.
• 3–5 years journeyman-level experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preparation, analysis, updates, progress reporting, as-built schedules, recovery schedules, and tracking earned value on projects.
• Aid projects in establishing baseline schedules, updates, schedule documentation and modification.
• Produce or assist in development of preliminary bid schedules to find bidding advantages and assurance of quality.
• Design all project schedules and contract agreements and ensure data integrity across the project life cycle.
• Produce monthly status reports to upper management detailing schedule information and changes from the previous month.
• Support project teams with schedule narratives and time impact analyses.
• Other duties as assigned.
