Job summary

Flexware Innovation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects within our delivery framework. You will drive on-budget, on-schedule outcomes and model the principles of Delivery Excellence for client success.

The role requires strong intrapersonal and communication skills, ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and a willingness to travel up to 20%. PMI-PMP certification is preferred and Smartsheet experience is strongly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and/or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial project management.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects within budget, on time and with satisfied customers.
• Solid English verbal and written communication skills.
• Up to 20% travel may be required.
• Prefer PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Experience with Smartsheet strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of projects within Flexware’s project management system.
• Lead with energy, set performance goals and clear direction, following Flexware values.
• Develop and maintain the scope baseline (deliverables, acceptance criteria, exclusions).
• Create and execute a communications plan and facilitate effective meetings.
• Coordinate staffing plans, onboarding, and ramp schedules to meet milestones.
• Balance competing priorities across the portfolio and surface capacity gaps.
