Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Florida team. The position allows for work in Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami, or various locations across the state. The role involves developing project plans, coordinating with engineering and field management, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering and at least 3 years of relevant industrial project experience. Strong skills in project management software are essential, alongside the ability to communicate effectively and multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of construction experience, specifically Industrial project experience.
• Able to perform Project Manager duties proficiently.
• Experience managing all aspects of construction projects including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical.

Responsibilities

• Develop project business plan.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the Engineer and Architect.
• Lead coordination of subcontractors.
• Conduct bi-weekly safety surveys with project superintendent.
• Mentor and train assistant project managers and co‑op/intern students.
