Job summary

Kinsley Construction is seeking a driven Project Manager for our industrial services team. You will run projects in the Mid-Atlantic region with emphasis on self-performed concrete, fabrication, erection, millwright and pipefitting.

A minimum of five years PM experience in industrial/construction and a degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred. This role is safety sensitive per company policy.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.
• 5 years of experience as a project manager in the industrial/construction sector.
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA safety regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction documents and drawings.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors.
• Interface with clients to negotiate change orders and additional work.
• Maintain client relations for repeat business.
• Direct field safety and ensure quality on job sites.
• Travel within the Mid-Atlantic region as required.
