Job summary

InSource Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple professional services projects from handoff to closeout in a manufacturing/industrial software setting. You will coordinate client and delivery teams to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

The role requires organizing project plans, forecasts, and milestones, with responsibility for risk, issues, and changes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Familiarity with MES, SM and AVEVA environments preferred.
• PMP or similar certification preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Review statements of work, estimates, and commitments with Sales and technical leads; confirm delivery readiness.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate staffing with resource managers and communicate schedule and skill needs.
• Lead project meetings; coordinate client personnel, vendors, and subcontractors; track decisions and actions.
• Manage risks, issues, changes; maintain risk/change logs and secure approvals.
• Monitor scope, progress, labor, expenses; forecast to complete and report variances.
• Support invoicing, revenue recognition, and milestone validation with Finance.
• Provide clear status reports and manage client expectations; escalate material risks as needed.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, training, and transition to support; ensure client acceptance.
• Manage project closeout and capture lessons learned for process improvement.
