Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Project Management Intern to support planning, coordination, execution, and commissioning of the Bismarck Granule Manufacturing Plant project.

You will work closely with project, engineering, maintenance, operations, and contractor teams to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion of construction and transition to full plant operations. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in both office and industrial plant settings.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Receptive to coaching and constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day coordination and management of construction activities.
• Support communication among contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Track and maintain project schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost performance, deficiencies, corrective actions, and compliance with project requirements.
• Attend project meetings, document action items, and assist in issue resolution and follow-up activities.
• Support procurement activities, forecasting, progress reporting, and project closeout documentation.
• Help maintain accurate project records and ensure timely distribution of information.
