- Proven experience in mission critical, food & beverage, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and risk allocation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of industrial projects ranging from $10M–$200M+.
- Ensure disciplined project reporting and forecasting.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for key clients.
