Actalent seeks a Project Engineer in Brighton, MI to support a self-performing general contractor across civil, structural, and mechanical scopes in industrial markets. You will partner with Project Managers on site safety, RFIs, document control, and scheduling from conception through completion.

You will oversee multiple projects, manage subcontracts, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer with a general contractor or heavy civil firm.
• Experience in construction management for industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency with RFIs, change orders, and construction administration processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction projects from conception to completion with focus on schedule, scope, and quality.
• Manage document control including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and plan revisions.
• Prepare and maintain master project schedules and cost budgets.
• Coordinate meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Review and sign off on estimates; support bid process.
