HDR is seeking a Project Architect in Dallas, TX to lead the planning, design, and documentation of various building types, including industrial facilities and data centers. The role requires a Master's degree in Architecture, a minimum of 5 years of experience, and US Citizenship due to client contract requirements.
The candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with governing agencies for compliance, and ensure high-quality construction documentation. A strong knowledge of codes and digital design technologies is necessary.
Our San Antonio or Dallas, TX offices are seeking a Project Architect to lead the planning, design, documentation, and construction administration of multiple building types, including high-performance data centers, water treatment facilities, advanced manufacturing plants, office spaces, operations centers, and maintenance facilities.
In this role, you’ll partner with project managers to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver construction documents and milestone deliverables, coordinate with governing agencies for code compliance, conduct QA/QC reviews, write architectural specifications, and provide construction observation and contract administration as needed.
Due to client contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
