Job summary

Vantage Specialty Chemicals in Chicago is seeking a Production Technician to perform material movements, load/unload, and operate chemical processes safely in a GMP/ISO environment. You will document activities, sample materials, and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental rules while supporting maintenance and training of new personnel.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, forklift experience preferred, and comprehensive safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in an industrial facility preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must maintain safety and environmental rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control chemical processes safely per procedures.
• Complete required paperwork and logs.
• Perform weekly safety audits.
• Maintain inventory and label materials.
• Assist with maintenance prep and LOTO procedures.
