Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Production Technician in Bagdad, AZ to join our operations team on a 12-hour rotating shift. This entry-level role focuses on learning plant operations, supporting safety practices, and assisting senior technicians with daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations, and obtain necessary U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work a flexible 12-hour rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and shares basic skills for the process plant while working with senior technicians.
• Support investigations, document incidents and manage procedures in Intelex and related systems.
• Learn plant operations, processes and equipment and familiarize with site action plans.
• Coordinate training for on-site contractors and visitors as delegated by Plant Manager.
• Adhere to FDA/OSHA/EPA/DOT and cGMP regulations and company policies.
