Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years of product/mechanical design and manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop furnaces, ovens, heaters, and thermal systems.
• Create 3D CAD models, drawings, BOMs, layouts, and documentation.
• Apply DFM, value engineering, and standardization to improve cost and quality.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, sales, and leadership on new and existing products.
• Support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of designs.
